Here's my "3-2-1" for this week...

3 EPC Happenings
1. The EPC Gala for Project C.U.R.E. is on Friday, September 22 and tickets are now available HERE. This will be a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and mission as we aim to send $15,000 to fund the shipment of medical equipment for Malawi! Mark your calendars and get tickets for this great event. 

2. Our Changemakers Lab VBS was a HUGE success! Thank you to everyone who helped out, and be sure you check out the pictures below. We will be recapping our week during an Intergenerational Worship Service on Sunday, so be sure you join us! 

3. I will be away on vacation and study leave/continuing education for the next 3 Sundays. For pastoral emergencies, please reach out to me via cell phone at 630-643-6045. I am SO grateful to those who will be filling our pulpit! Be sure you come and hear them preach the word. The guest preachers are as follows: 

July 23 – Elder Jim Davidovich
July 30 – Rev. Scott Matheney, Communion Sunday
August 6 – Elder Doug Fitzgerald

We had an amazing week at VBS together making new friends, discussing Bible stories, spreading joy through song, and exploring the world through STEAM activities. Check out some pics below!

This Sunday's Worship will be a recap of our Changemakers Lab VBS! Join us for this fun intergenerational worship with a message for folks of all ages titled Changemakers: Stories and Songs from Vacation Bible School. Join us as we celebrate an incredible week.

All are welcome to enjoy a free, vegetarian community meal TOMORROW Saturday, July 15th from 6-7:30. We are looking for volunteers to help serve alongside ICDI and the Tzu Chi Foundation. Please contact Anna Lu if you are interested in helping.

TONIGHT Friday 7/14 is family picnic and movie night, and we invite you to join us for a memorable evening of entertainment and togetherness. Gather your friends and family as we unwind and enjoy a special movie screening of "Ferngully"! Don't forget to bring your own dinner to savor during the film. We'll provide you with a classic movie snack—popcorn! So mark your calendars and join us for an unforgettable movie night as we bid farewell to an amazing week of VBS. Get ready to relax, laugh, and enjoy the magic of cinema with us! ALL are welcome!

Confirmation class is Sundays from 11:45-12:45 after worship. Class will meet in the Teen lounge in the basement and we will be using the Confirm not Conform curriculum. Classes will meet for about 10 weeks. Have questions? Contact Emerson! 

Youth Ministry is looking for volunteers to assist on Sunday mornings with classroom management and general assistance. Tasks would include supporting students and assisting with games and art projects! No planning or curriculum building necessary, Emerson will provide you with everything you need to know.
