Here's my "3-2-1" for this week...

 3 EPC Happenings

1. Baptism of Jesus -- Join us this Sunday as we celebrate the baptism of Jesus! We will be celebrating and remembering our baptisms. All are welcome. 

2. Parenting Group for Teens -- We are starting a group for parents of teens on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 9:30 at Brewpoint Coffee. Come join us as we gather around the joyful and challenging stage of parenting teens. All are welcome, sign up here. 

3. Beginning this Sunday you’ll have the opportunity to put on one of our new sticky name tags each week. We have a number of new friends and visitors, and this is a great way to get to know everyone.

2. Two of the myths I talked about last Sunday: Two mythological figures to make you think and capture your imagination…  Janus is the Roman god for whom January is named. You can read more about him HERE. I also really love the story of INANNA’S DESCENT which is powerful and thought provoking.

Join us this Sunday for worship as we celebrate Baptism of the Lord Sunday! We will celebrate and remember our own baptisms and learn more about what we at EPC believe about baptism.

Attention parents of teenagers! Join us for a supportive time of conversation community and reflection as we gather around the joyful and challenging stage of parenting teens! We will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at Brewpoint Craft at 9:30 am - 10:00 am. All are welcome. Advance registration encouraged -- please click HERE. 

Our Annual Congregational Meeting at EPC will be held Sunday, January 29th following the worship service. All members are encouraged to stay to do the important work of the church. 

Our first Leadership Breakfast for 2023 is Sunday, January 29th at 9:30 AM!  All committees and teams are meeting. If you're not on a ministry team (committee) but are curious about how you might serve the church in this way, please plan to come to the meeting at 9:30 to learn and discern where you might use your gifts to serve EPC in 2023! All are welcome. 

On Sunday, we are rolling out our new name tags which will have a place for you to put your pronouns! Why is this important? It's a way to make everyone in our community feel welcome. Check out more HERE.
