THOUGHT OF THE DAY:  Small things. ​Jesus said “​“The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”
 
I was talking to an EPC member yesterday about small things. Sometimes we discount them in favor of bigger, flashier things. But sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest impact because God uses them and multiplies them. What small thing will you offer to God today? 
 

Today is the second day of our Double Up Challenge! See ​www.elmhurstchurch.org/double-up  and share with others! Let’s see if we can match the entire $5,000 pledged from EPC!   So far we’ve received about $575 in donations that will be doubled. It’s a great start. Make  your double up gift today!

There’s a piece of paper on the welcome table at EPC that you can sign if you have a key or code to the church. Alternatively, send an email thank you to Cheryl Turek ​ with your message.
