THOUGHT OF THE DAY:  Celebrating vs. tolerating. This Saturday is our Drive-thru pride event and parade. We’ll meet at church at 11am to celebrate the wonderful diversity in our world. This year’s PRIDE is special because we want to celebrate our commitment to diversity of all kinds. God made all people in God’s own image, and we’re called not just to tolerate these differences, but to celebrate them. 
 
 
Today is the second day of our Double Up Challenge! See ​www.elmhurstchurch.org/double-up  and share with others! Let’s see if we can match the entire $5,000 pledged from EPC!   So far we’ve received about $800 in donations that will be doubled. It’s a great start! Make  your double up gift today!

 CARD FOR JESUS: ​Our custodian, Jesus, will be retiring from the school system this summer (though he’ll still be working for EPC!) Cheryl Turek is facilitating a thank you for his work. There’s a piece of paper on the welcome table at EPC that you can sign if you have a key or code to the church. Alternatively, send an email thank you to Cheryl Turek with your message.
